Monserrato III home won a 2007 Pinnacle Award for “Product Design of the Year”. Previously, our
Marabella Model in Pelican Landing received the prestigious 2003 Aurora Award in the Southeast twelve state region for “Best Detached Single Family Home in the $1,000,0001 to $1,500,000” Category. We are honored to continue receiving recognition as one of the leading custom luxury home builders in Southwest Florida.
The Pinnacle Award winning
Monserrato III in Renaissance is our latest award winning home. The Pinnacle Award is a highly competitive award given to the best home in its price range by the Lee County Florida Building Industry Association. The
Monserrato III won “Product Design of the Year” in the “Single Family $1,000,000 to $1,500,000” category.
Prior to the Pinnacle Award, the
Monserrato III was entered in the 2007 Parade of Homes. We are proud to say it won the following awards: Superior Home Award, Best Exterior Design, Best Landscape Design, Best Kitchen, Best Livability and Best Interior Design.
In 2003 Granite Development, LLC’s,
Marabella model at Pelican Landing received the prestigious
AURORA Award for “Best Detached Single Family Home $1,000,001 to $1,500,000 category in the Southeast twelve state region! The
AURORA Awards are considered to be the Grammy’s of the home building industry. Home building professionals receive this prestigious award for new home construction and design excellence.
