Granite Development, LLC, was formed in 1993 as a subsidiary of our holding company Relleum, Inc. to develop residential communities in Southwest Florida. Initially Granite Development, LLC, acquired and developed Sabal Lake, a 177 single family residential community which we completed in mid-2001. Granite Development, LLC, is now building luxury custom homes in many of the premier communities in the Naples, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers,Florida areas.

Granite Development , LLC, is currently active in two communities in Southwest Florida. Bellagio in The Colony in Bonita Springs and Renaissance in Fort Myers. We presently have several exceptional custom home designs that are under construction, as well as available homesites upon which we can customize your perfect home.

Our award winning model, the Monserrato III, furnished by Novakovich & Associates, Inc., is open for daily viewing in the Renaissance Development located in Fort Myers.
